Head Teacher's Message
It has been a very exciting and action-packed start to this half-term!
- To start us off a group of our Year 4 children took part in a fantastic curling competition, showing great teamwork and enthusiasm. Well done to all who participated!
- Our Year 3 children had an amazing time taking part in Glow Dodgeball, enjoying the fast-paced and exciting game in a fun, glowing environment!
- Our school football teams have been busy competing again, showing brilliant skills and teamwork. Keep up the great work!
- Year 4 had an incredible Viking Day, dressing up and immersing themselves in Viking history. They learned all about Viking times through exciting activities and stories.
- On Wednesday, our choir took part in the Let’s Go Sing event at Blackpool Winter Gardens, and they were absolutely fantastic! Their enthusiasm, energy, and beautiful singing made us all so proud. It was a wonderful experience for everyone involved, and we’d like to thank the children for their hard work and dedication. A big thank you to the staff and parents who supported us—what a memorable day!
- Our Year 1 children had a fantastic time visiting the allotment today! They enjoyed exploring the different plants, learning about how fruits and vegetables grow, and even getting their hands dirty with a bit of planting. It was a wonderful opportunity for them to connect with nature and learn about the environment. A big thank you to everyone who helped make this trip possible!
We are busy practising for our Easter Service, which will take place on Wednesday, 2nd April at 9:15 AM in St John's Church. Parents are warmly invited to join us for this special celebration.
Thank you for your continued support!
World Book Day
A huge thank you to everyone who took part in the sponsored read for World Book Day! We are thrilled to share that we have raised almost £1,500 so far!
Thanks to your generosity, this will allow us to purchase almost £3,000 worth of new books for our school! Your support is making a real difference in helping us expand our reading resources and inspire a love of books among our children.
Well done to all our amazing readers—keep up the fantastic work!
